Who We Are

The Co-Intelligence Advisory Limited ("The Advisory," "we," "us") is a private company incorporated in Hong Kong. This policy explains how we handle information on this website. It is written with regard to Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) and, for visitors from the European Economic Area and UK, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What We Collect

This site has no forms, no account creation, and no data capture beyond the following:

Analytics. We use Framer's built-in analytics to understand visitor traffic (pages viewed, general location, device type). Framer's analytics are cookieless and do not identify you personally; no consent banner is required for this tool under GDPR or PDPO.

Email correspondence. Our only contact channel is a direct email link to practice@co-intelligenceadvisory.com. If you email us, we receive whatever information you choose to include - typically your name, email address, company, and the content of your message. This is the only personal data we hold, and it exists solely because you chose to send it.

We do not use cookies, trackers, or scripts beyond Framer's consent-gated analytics. We do not run advertising pixels.

Why We Use It

Analytics data helps us understand how the site is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it. Email correspondence is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, where a working relationship follows, to manage that relationship. We do not use your email to add you to a marketing list without your explicit request.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Framer, as our website host and analytics provider, processes aggregate analytics data under its own privacy terms, available at framer.com. We do not grant any other vendor access to correspondence you send us.

International Transfers

Framer's hosting and analytics infrastructure may process data outside Hong Kong. By using this site, you acknowledge that aggregate analytics data may be processed in jurisdictions other than Hong Kong. We do not transfer your email correspondence to any third party.

Retention

Email correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to manage our professional relationship with you, or as required by Hong Kong law for business records, after which it is deleted. Analytics data is retained per Framer's standard analytics retention terms.

Your Rights

Under PDPO, you may request access to, and correction of, personal data we hold about you.

Under GDPR, where applicable, you additionally have the right to request erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing.

Changes

We may update this policy as our site, tools, or applicable law change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page; we do not maintain a change notification list.
